Meet Our Team

Real People. Real Experience. Real Support.

At All and Sundry, we're not your typical behaviour support practice. We're a team of practitioners who've been in the trenches, worked the floor, managed the chaos, and learned what actually works when supporting people with complex needs.

We don't do jargon-heavy reports that gather dust in filing cabinets. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all approaches or behaviour support plans that look impressive but can't be implemented by real support teams in real situations.

What we do believe in is collaborative, practical, person-centred support that actually makes a difference. We've built our practice on decades of combined experience across the disability sector—from direct support work to senior leadership—and we bring all of that to every participant we work with.

Our team spans the South Coast, from Bega to Wollongong and everywhere in between. We're here to provide behaviour support that's evidence-based, neuro-affirming, and grounded in the reality of what it takes to support people well.

Elly Ball

Principal Clinician & Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

Elly is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with ten years in the role. Prior to this, she worked across a range of positions including supported independent living leadership and broader disability support roles. This diverse background enables Elly to relate to the teams she partners with and deliver strategies that are practical, evidence-informed, and grounded in real-world practice.

Elly is strongly committed to equity, access, and inclusion for people with disability, working from a foundation of ethical, human rights practice. Her experience spans supporting children and adults with intellectual disability through to end-of-life care. She has particular interests in trauma informed practice, the intersection of dementia and disability, sexuality and relationships, and supporting people with complex mental health and physical needs.

As the founder of All and Sundry, Elly established the practice to address a significant gap in face-to-face behaviour support services along the South Coast. Her extensive work across multiple organisations and service models has shaped a deep understanding of what constitutes meaningful, collaborative behaviour support.

Based in Bermagui Elly brings a trauma-informed, person-centred approach that meets people where they are. She works closely with participants and their networks to develop supports that improve quality of life and create meaningful outcomes.

Elly holds tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, and Community Services.

Khaila Minogue

Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

Khaila is a Senior Behaviour Support Specialist with over eight years of experience in behaviour support and more than a decade working across community services. Her background spans aged care, supported independent living (SIL), and support coordination, giving her a broad understanding of the systems and environments people navigate.

Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, person-centred and dignity-driven approaches. She views each person as the expert in their own life and works alongside individuals and their support networks to ensure all interventions are ethical, affirming, strengths based and least restrictive.

In her years of experience, Khaila has led a team of practitioners and is committed to face-to-face practice, valuing the insights that come from meeting people in their own environments. This helps her develop support strategies that are practical, achievable and genuinely responsive to a person’s day-to-day reality.

Khaila supports people across the lifespan and has particular interests in co-occurring disability and complex mental health, trauma informed practice, and degenerative conditions. Alongside her behaviour support work, she also contributes to the suicide prevention sector in a casual capacity.

Khaila holds a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Applied Social Science, a Graduate Certificate in Business Management, and a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance.

Pieta Aston

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Pieta has seven years of experience working in behaviour support spaces, alongside running her own business. She brings over a decade of diverse experience to the disability sector, moving between frontline teaching, clinical practice, and executive leadership. Her approach is defined by a belief that everyone has a right to be heard and that true support starts with meeting people exactly where they are, without judgement.

Her journey into the sector was deeply personal, sparked by advocating for her daughter’s education. This led Pieta to become an Associate Member of the Australian Dyslexic Association and a Multisensory Structured Language (MSL) specialist. Through her own practice specialising in literacy and communication, she has spent the past nine years helping individuals unlock the tools they need to navigate the world.

Pieta’s practice is uniquely informed by her own lived experience; she received an adult diagnosis of Autism in 2021. This perspective allows her to bridge the gap between clinical theory and daily reality, particularly when helping neurodiverse children and adults foster self-awareness and acceptance. She is passionate about using technology—from immersive readers to assistive digital tools—to create practical shortcuts that reduce anxiety and improve independence.

Based in Batemans Bay, Pieta works across the lifespan with a particular focus on Autism, ADHD, and complex learning disabilities. Whether she is applying her background in executive management to navigate the NDIS or using her counselling training to provide trauma-informed care, her goal remains the same: empowering people to understand their own strengths.

Pieta holds a Graduate degree in Special Education, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, and is currently completing a Master of Counselling. She also holds Diplomas in Business and Management.
